The Individual Registration program
provides your team with both the
Insurance and ASA Sanction.
Your team has the option of two
plans of insurance with this
program. A $0 deductible and a
$250 deductible rate. |

Rates are per team member and
provide one rule book and scorebook
per adult registered. |

Incentive Package |
Any team that submits their 2009
roster and registration by December
15th, 2008 along with their payment
may deduct $1.00 per team member.

Team Sanction |
The Team Sanction program provides
your team ASA sanction, one rule
book and scorebook for the2009
season. Rates for sanctioning your
team with the Metro Cincinnati
JO-ASA program for 2008 are $25 per
team. Teams registered must
provide proof of insurance. |

Register your team, submit your
roster by December 15th, 2008 and
deduct $5 from the $25 sanction fee. |
