Our clinic program
will feature Julie Johnson, ASA Deputy Supervisor of
Umpires, from Alexandria, Indiana as our featured guest
clinician. Our topics will include new rules,
interpretations, and tournament procedures, with an
emphasis on umpire mechanics. We will again include
special breakout sessions on both Slow Pitch and Fast
Pitch rules and mechanics - vital programs for those
working these games. Don't miss this great clinic and
remember the COST IS INCLUDED IN YOUR ASA REGISTRATION

Mandatory Clinic
Attendance and Registration Fee
Clinic attendance is
mandatory for Cincinnati umpires interested in working
any ASA sponsored tournament or special event. Cost of
the clinic is included in your registration fee. The
ASA provides your Saturday lunch and social hour plus
refreshments on Sunday. This fee is only $43 and must
be paid prior to the clinic. Fees paid after the clinic
will be subject to a late charge of $10. Mail your
check, payable to Cincinnati ASA Umpires, to 3016 Ambler
Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45241. Local ASA umpires do not
need to pre-register for this clinic however out of town
umpires should do so by mailing name and address to our
office. For out of town umpires the cost of the clinic
is $20 (ASA registration not
included.)
In addition to the
clinic, your registration fee includes your ASA Rule
Book/Umpire Manual, the ASA Comprehensive General
Liability insurance coverage, Excess Medical insurance
coverage, weekly rules meetings, tests, ASA tournament
assignments, our annual umpire banquet/party and all the
other benefits that go with being part of the world's
largest organization of sports officials.
